1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Startup-Shop (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Startup-Shop provides a marketplace where digital startup projects, source code, and related assets (“Products”) are listed for sale. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the Product as described in your order confirmation.

3. Purchases & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay the full amount stated at checkout. Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased Product.

4. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial projects. You may modify the source code but may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original Product without explicit permission.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases made on the Platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please review the Product description carefully before purchasing.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

External Services & Costs: You acknowledge that any domains, hosting, AI tokens, API keys, third-party subscriptions, or other external services required to operate a purchased Product are your sole responsibility. Startup-Shop is not liable for any costs, fees, or charges incurred from third-party providers in connection with your use of a Product.

7. Limitation of Liability

Startup-Shop provides Products “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
