All purchases made on Startup-Shop are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
No Exceptions
Once a payment is completed and the order is processed — regardless of download status, usage, or satisfaction — the transaction is final. There are no exceptions to this policy. This applies to all products, add-ons, services, and any other purchases on the platform.
Why No Refunds?
All products sold on Startup-Shop are digital goods (source code, assets, documentation). Once delivered, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, screenshots, features, and documentation before making a purchase.
Chargebacks
Disputing a legitimate charge via your bank or payment provider (chargeback) will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the platform. We vigorously defend all valid charges.
